The Catch-up
Once you approve the plan, we do the work: reconciling accounts, fixing categories, catching up missing months, and tying out your balance sheet. We’ll reach out with questions as they come up.

It’s a one-time fee starting at $495. The exact price is tailored to your business, depending on:Â

We'll confirm the exact price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.Â
The Diagnostic Review means you’re never guessing what a cleanup will cost. You see the full picture first, then decide. If you proceed with the cleanup, your diagnostic fee will be fully applied toward the final cost. Â
If you choose not to go ahead with the catch-up, you will receive a diagnostic review report featuring an assessment of your record accuracy, a breakdown of structural setup issues in your chart of accounts or software setup, and a clear roadmap of your financial data health with actionable recommendations to move forward.Â
